Zombies Attack SLC
August 9, 2010Yesterday I went to a zombie walk in downtown salt lake city. People dress up as zombies and just walk around and attack each other it is awesome. They are also doing a zombie prom next week I might have to check that out.

June 15, 2010I recently got a new camera, the canon original 5d, and needed to try it out. Once a month I go to a meetup with photographers and models. This month we went to the old Sinclair Gas Station in American Fork. There were a lot of cool old cars and motorcycles. There were also a lot of fun models there. I had a great time.

Spontaneous Photo Shoot
May 27, 2010The other day it was my day off at work, and I was just sitting around really doing nothing. My friend randomly called me and said we should go take some pics. So I was like what the heck it sounds fun. So we went to my studio and took some pics. She brought her camera too so I taught her how to use it and she took a few pics of me too. I also busted out some fun props that I hadn’t used before.

You may think that you have to go to super far way exotic locations to get great pictures, but the truth is you can find great stuff in your own “backyard”. I was exploring around Eagle Mountain where I live and came across some great locations. I found these really cool looking pipes.
I also found this abandoned mink farm that was pretty awesome.
Moral of the story look around and you’ll find something cool.

April 4, 2010On friday I had a really fun shoot with a really cool girl. Her name is Chikeeh. I asked her to come up with a concept for the shoot and she choose to do an 80s style shoot. She had some great wardrobe. She was a great model.
