I have been chillin with my wonderful friend Shanna Painter a totally awesome makeup artist and body painter lately. She came up with this really cool Sugar Skull series. Here it what we have done so far, it pretty much legit.

I helped my friend with some lighting in a shoot in Downtown SLC and grabbed some shots.

I also to went another model photographer meetup, we did a crazy theme called steakpunk
I have been wanting to do an Alice in Wonderland shoot since last winter and just got around to doing it recently. I asked my Jennifer Hale to model for it, she was super excited for this project. I knew I kind of wanted it to be more like my other Tim Burton like projects, with that kind of little darker feel. We were very fortunate to find a very talent makeup artist to help us, Erika Esponiza. She really helped us get the vision Jennifer and I were looking for. I would also like to thank Ryan Romeike for let us shoot at his studio.
I really enjoy doing these more conceptual shoots, if you have any crazy ideas you would like to do, let me know.

The other day I worked my a new model and friend Jazmine. She wanted to get some fun head shots. So we jetted over to the studio and busted out some great stuff.
First two the makeup is done in photoshop the second one was pretty crazy just wanted to try something interesting.
The last one the makeup is done by Jazmine.
I recently went up Hobble Creek with a lovely model Ashtyn Mackey. We had a lot of fun, she was super fun and laided back and knew how to take direction. She even climbed on a crazy model pile in the middle of the river. We had some great times.
